Larry & Karolyn - We find Skip comfortable and easy to work with, and very responsive. He is a nice and honest man. Skip pointed out things that we might want to do, and we feel that about 99% of the things we wanted, we got. We feel that Skip is unique in being there for us after we moved in, too. We have built several homes, and we would put Skip at the top of our list. He was responsive throughout the process.
